While I understand the privacy issue of the identification of the person, the area that this occured is of importance to those who reside in that area. Since the health department is tax payer funded they should act in a way that is responseable to tax payers and identify the area this person was bitten so as to be more on the aleart. Most of us consider bats to be helpful in the enviromnent, yet they do have this side that we sometimes forget about. Let's know where this occured.
